LANDS WE SHARE INITIATIVE - LOCAL FARMING TALK. Join our friends at the Hoard Historical Museum THIS THURSDAY for an amazing traveling exhibition, talk and community farm dinner!

The Wisconsin Farms Oral History Project, a non-profit with the purpose of giving a voice back to farmers, is hosting its third Community Dinner and Conversation at the Hoard Historical Museum in Fort Atkinson as a part of the Lands We Share initiative, a traveling exhibit and conversation tour that features six farm sites.

The upcoming dinner on Thursday, December 13 is focusing on local farming in Jefferson county with a look at several family farms including the Vang C&C farm, a Hmong-owned vegetable farm near Fort Atkinson.

The dinners are open to the public, but we recommend reserving tickets in advance to secure a spot. To reserve a ticket visit landsweshare.org

"The Lands We Share project will be featured on Wisconsin Life this Wednesday morning during NPR's Morning Edition. To hear past Wisconsin Life features on the Lands We Share project, see:
